We decided to change the furniture in the living room and went to Sereno mobili, we had a not very clear idea of what we wanted but thanks to the help and precious advice of Mrs. Marina we found what was right for us. I went to Sereno to furnish a new house and I was lucky enough to be followed by Emanuele Pulieri for the purchase of a bed. Knowledgeable, kind and super helpful in showing me what would be best for us. Surely when I have to buy something I will return to Sereno and more precisely I will refer to him. In the meantime I advised both my parents and a colleague of mine who have to furnish part of the house soon to come to Sereni and be followed by him. The shop offers excellent quality products and a wide choice, also based on your budget. Highly recommended

Highly recommended. Wide range home furnishing showroom, various brands present. It is possible to choose between very expensive or more "accessible" product proposals. Many products on sale. There are also designer furnishing accessories. Helpful and competent staff. The manager was very courteous. Showroom on three levels. Large outdoor parking There is also a charging station for electric cars.

We chose Gruppo Sereno for the excellent impression it gave us when we were looking for furniture factories to buy the kitchen. She was not disappointed! We were followed first by Antonella then by Emanuele, with whom we concluded the project. Both available, they were able to accommodate our every request and need. Emanuele, despite his young age, managed to bring us to the end of the project, paying attention to every little detail. Furthermore, the attention to the customer was very welcome, the fitters were professional and kind, there was a solution for every little problem. I went to this retailer hoping to have better treatment than what a multinational company like Ikea, convenience world... etc., can offer. Unfortunately I have to say that I found myself very badly; no attention towards the customer, payment upon booking (approximately 80/90%). I was given an oven with extensive external damage (I noticed it by chance during the next intervention by the electrician), vague information on assembly, possibility zero contact (it was necessary to call 3-4 times), delayed delivery, sloppy fitters. In short, a disaster. Something like this has never happened.
